I create bespoke programs to meet your specific needs drawing from theories and models from positive psychology, neuroscience, and behavioral science. These may include elements of appreciative inquiry, motivational interviewing, collaborative recovery model, mindfulness-based approaches, acceptance and commitment therapy, emotion-focused therapy, polyvagal theory, narrative therapy, mindful self-compassion, psychodynamic and attachment theories, PERMA, self-determination theory, or stages of change.
