Wellbeing Coaching uses positive states and character strengths to maximize your potential and energize you towards your goals. It tends to be present or future oriented only glimpsing at the past to inform your future direction.

My aim is to provide you with a comfortable, vibrant and positive space where you can show up, shine and be seen in all your colours and shades. We will restore space and calm, to bring clarity, energy and pace to that which you seek. We will create balance and connect you to your authentic and natural rhythm. Science has identified the essential psychological needs and strategies we can all take to increase our wellbeing. I will provide you with the proven tools and techniques to enable you to let go of things that no longer serve you and open you up to possibility and new ways of being where you will create your best possible self.

We will work with your present moment mind and body experience. That is, thoughts, beliefs and perceptions, and felt emotions and body sensations. We will uncover your strengths and values and learn to use them to energise you towards your goals. We will be future oriented and dream and imagine what might be without constraint. Before creating actionable steps to take you to that which you seek, your best possible future.

You lead the theme of our sessions, while I integrate various modalities, models, measures, exercises and interventions to assist you to make sense of your inner world and how you are interacting with the world around you.

You are the centre of all sessions and I meet you where you’re at in each moment. Mindfulness and compassion form the basis of my work. I will accompany you on your path of self-discovery where you will uncover your strengths and values, reengage your mind and body to become your own best friend.  

 I create bespoke programs to meet your specific needs drawing from theories and models from positive psychology, neuroscience, and behavioral science. These may include elements of appreciative inquiry, motivational interviewing, collaborative recovery model, mindfulness-based approaches, acceptance and commitment therapy, emotion-focused therapy, polyvagal theory, narrative therapy, mindful self-compassion, psychodynamic and attachment theories, PERMA, self-determination theory, or stages of change.

Whether this is the comfort of your own home, the convenience of meeting online, or somewhere that has real meaning for you, somewhere where you can do your best work. For me it’s being near water or even better the ocean, for you it might be walking in nature or sitting beneath the trees. Whatever it is we’ll tailor your experience to bring out the best in you.
