I'm working on my business model and I'm doing market research interviews.
I'm hoping to speak with:

𝗧𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗚𝗼𝗮𝗹 Want to find meaning and purpose in your life and ignite joy!
𝗢𝗯𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗰𝗹𝗲𝘀 But you're too busy and exhausted helping others to take time for yourself

I'm hoping to ask some simple questions of people who might be a fit for my business. It will involve a short Zoom interview 20-30 minutes, and in return for your time I would love to offer you a free 30-minute session.

Meet Soul. Mum's new robotic companion cat.

The more attention you pay to Soul, the more interactive Soul becomes. She purrs, meows, rolls over, and motions like she's cleaning her face. Her eyes and mouth move, and she's all in all pretty adorable 😺🐾

Mum took to her straight away. And told Soul she was welcome to stay and keep her company. Great day and great weekend away!

🧜‍♀️People who know me know that my passion lies in the ocean & scuba diving. Indeed, it is my love & appreciation of the ocean that significantly informs my work 🌊

🧜‍♀️Learning to scuba dive taught me that effective breathing is paramount & that breath-holding has consequences🌊
🐠So I teach simple & effective breathing techniques for optimal health, wellbeing, and peak performance.

🧜‍♀️Being one with the ocean teaches me to let go of things I had thought were absolute; accept what I can't change, trust in my ability, & do all it takes to get to my destination 🌊

So, I teach people:
🐠Acceptance & getting comfortable with unease
🐠Opening up to possibility to increase choice & make the impossible possible
🐠By maximising your strengths & learning to use them to energise you toward your goals
🐠Self-determination: Autonomy, Connection, Competence

Life is complex and rarely black and white.

Life is complex and rarely black and white. Pain lurks in the shadows, as much as joy and exhilaration dance in the many colors that surround us.

If we have the courage to sit with all of the mess and make space for the conflicting pieces -rather than clinging to what we like and pushing the rest away-

If we can find it in ourselves to honor our various parts and let go of what no longer serves us, then what remains will enable us to find peace within our hearts and soul. Empowering us to grow, transform and be our best possible selves.

This is my granddaughter Elloise,
She enjoys mermaids, chocolate crackles, and cake,
Just like me.
Elloise radiates positive energy, love, and joy.
If you laugh she laughs heartily,
If music, or even just a beat plays, Elloise dances.
She loves to give cuddles and play with my jewellery,
So I gifted her her own engraved bracelet with a starfish!
